"What am I asking of my beloved that I need to do for myself?" – James Hollis

For a long time, I thought good grounds are just there, a given piece that even an eagle can just claim as it is as their own. It noticed the ground was shaky, it too, could not rely on it as it was used to, and with that, it didn't matter where it landed... On trees, on the mountains, on solid rocks, it all trembles as the ground did. With just one change and it affected everything. How does an eagle rest its wings when every stable thing it knew becomes uncertain?

Does it stop flying? Or does it endure what is now uncertain? Can one imagine its point of view when all things happen at once? Would it survive or would it just give up? Maybe fly higher than it used to? No one knows. Not even the eagle itself know. Can one put oneself on the eagle's wings to figure out how it could be? How could anyone know?

Asking questions is necessary but quick action when everything is in chaos is even more, in order to survive it. When it subsides, when it slows down, what does one do? Does one pretend nothing happened? Or does one continue to find the answers to the seemingly endless questions when chaos arrived?

When the ground stops shaking, would one tends to it and plow good seeds for a better ground? And if or when one decide to go down that road, only to realize that perhaps tending to a good ground does not take overnight. A lot of sacrifice, time, effort which does not hold any guarantees. Costs will accumulate, price may rise, and yet would one willing to pay it in the hopes of having to lay its feet on good grounds? And do we speak of the same grounds , do you reckon? A question only one can truly answer.
