Tracing back footsteps in the sand is cool right away, but if somehow you went too far or too long, then it may have slowly faded away, if not totally gone.
Tracing back footsteps in the sand is cool right away, but if somehow you went too far or too long, then it may have slowly faded away, if not totally gone. As I wanted to re-live my blogging days, there were so many things to consider. Retraced some of my written *articles, video clips, and podcast interviews to see where I left off. Like the traces on the sand, some remain recognizable, while others have faded. There are no disappointments, and surprisingly, I noticed the tone of the storytelling has changed a lot. From how the stories are stitched together then, to the way thoughts are formulated now, may not be the same anymore, and yet, we can still recognize each other's voice.
Old stories were set in vibrant and bold colors, the kind of cheerfulness and freedom of a youthful spirit that wants to embody. To a serene and carefully selected set of words that are grounded in accountability, sincerity, and overcome fear that, for many, may be called wisdom. I prefer to call it 'Lessons'. It was not the loss of words that made everything silent; it was the noise of the egos that were shouting around. Identity has changed, and character is a bit stronger, with quiet sturdy voice that does not need to tremble just to hear it sound. A sound of clarity, a hum of peace, a hymn of glorious freedom coming from above.
The narrative is changing when who's narrating is changed. Tracing back footprints may be finding out where it was left off or finding out that nothing was left off. For those who have followed me before, thank you. For those who are new, welcome. Together, we can start another journey full of gratitude for blessings, abundance, and opportunities ahead.
